  Used to be a big fan and good customer of this place, I ordered at least once or twice a week. Food quality and service has gone downhill recently. Joe the owner, lacks professionalism and customer service skills. Not to mention he doesn't know how to grill a sandwich. Delivery time is awful, I was told 50 mins, it ended up being over an hour and twenty minutes. Food was cold, chips were stale and sandwich was not grilled, I even gave specific instructions. When I called to complain only the owner was very rude. This guy shouldn't be in the food service industry.

  This is your average pizza place, with not only lots of pizza options, but also sandwiches. Their drink options are a bit limited, but they're very accommodating, and even made me a drink from the soda fountain that was a mix (of lemonade and iced tea). Their sandwiches are good, but not fantastic. Their fries aren't the best, while there were some that were fantastically crispy, others were very over cooked, to the point of being nearly inedible.
  
  Major caveat to this review: I have not had their pizza. But they seem to be able to produce pizza faster than sandwiches as a couple that ordered pizza got theirs before my friend and I got our sandwiches.

  Joe Orsatti the owner is rude and should not be in the customer service and food industry. Tonight he lost a great customer and I retracted my positive review from 3 month ago. This place is going downhill both with quality and service. Not recommended.
